Terms of using MAG Box IPTV
What you are buying
Each plan opens the library for a set stretch of time: 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. The four lengths are identical in what they unlock and differ in time alone. Every amount is quoted in US dollars on the checkout page, ahead of payment.
How your login arrives
Once your order goes through, a username and password head to the address you typed at checkout, usually within about 15 minutes. Please type that address carefully, since it is where the login goes.
The free trial
Free trials last 24 hours, and each customer and each device gets just one. A trial ends by itself. Nothing renews and nothing is charged.
Support
Support is by email, 24/7, at [email protected]. We answer as soon as we can, usually the same day.
Names and logos
Network, league and streaming-service names and logos on this site belong to their owners. They are shown purely so you can see what the lineup contains. The service logos stand for catalogs of titles available on demand, not for apps that come bundled with a plan.
Your part
Give us a working email address, and write to support if anything on your screen looks wrong. Most problems turn out to be a mistyped character, and a quick message sorts them out.
Changes to these terms
If these terms are ever edited, the dated line at the top of the page moves forward.
Refunds for MAG Box IPTV
If support turns out to be unable to make the service run on your device, you may request a full refund by email within 7 days of purchase. Send the request to [email protected] and tell us which device you used. Support goes through the setup with you first.
Once the service works, a change of mind earns no refund. The free trial is meant for looking around first, and the install guides cover every device.
Privacy at MAG Box IPTV
Payment is the checkout provider's job. On our side we hold your email address plus the order details that delivery and support depend on. Whatever you write to support stays on file so we can reply.
